Exodus stops, recovery to take time

Mass exodus of migrants from Gujarat to their native states, that began after the rape of a toddler by amigrant worker in Sabarkantha district, has come to a virtual end after almost a fortnight long nightmare, said representatives of migrants.
However, it may take a few days for the migrant workers to return back to Gujarat.
Shyam Singh Thakur, president of Uttar Bharatiya Vikas Parishad (UBVP) said that there is no fresh exodus and if peace persists for next few days, workers will start returning.
