‘File FIR against fake pensioners’

Dausa District collector has been instructed by Dr Samit Sharma, director, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment to identify cases where pension is being taken using forged documents and has been asked to file FIR against the people involved.
Sharma has ordered to stop the pension of 101 fake pensioners and has instructed to calculate the amount of pension given to them using the state fund and charge interest in addition to that. He further instructed the development officer, and the verification personnel of Rajasthan Social Security of Old Age, Widow, Refugee, Divorcee Pension Act 2013 Rules and Regulations, to identify those who have misused the law and have received pension worth lakhs of rupees, and to take immediate
