Jaipur: With the estimate that every fifth person suffering from diabetes in the world is an Indian, recent Lancet Study published on World Health Day this year reveals that India is among the top three countries with a high number of diabetic population. Attributing the rise in diabetic population to modern life style, on World Diabetes Day that is observed on November 14 each year, to raise awareness and provide affordable care to all, city based diabetes experts emphasise on adopting a healthy lifestyle.
