Jodhpur: After the Ummed Bhavan was built, it was for the first time that the Pag Dastur ritual was organised here. The mourning assembly and the Pag Dastur ritual in Hanwant Singh, former king of Marwar’s case, took place at the Raikabagh Palace. On November 28, 1975, former Rajdadi Badaan Kanwar  passed away. The funeral procession came from Raiykabag.
Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje also participated in the Pag Dastur ritual at Ummed Bhawan on Thursday morning. During this ritual, the colour of the turban worn by the members of the Jodhpur royal family in Pag Dastur ritual was also different from other occasions.
