Jaipur: The good thing is that many people are taking up physical activities to keep obesity, diabetes and heart diseases at bay. The not-so-good news is that in doing so, they may be putting their knees at risk. Orthopaedic surgeons asserted that 40 per cent of knee injuries these days occur in people less than the age of 40.
