25 years ago, Bhairon Singh Shekhawat laid foundation for a sports hostel at Mount Abu. Sadly, not a single brick has been laid at the site till date

He scaled great heights, following an arc that took him from the post of chief minister to vice president of India. Bhairon Singh Shekhawat is no longer with us, but a dream of his, left unfulfilled for 25 years, lingers on. Shekhawat or ‘Babosa’, laid the foundation for a sports hostel at Mount Abu exactly 25 years ago. Sadly, not a single brick has been laid at the site of his dream project.
