From 107kg to a triathlon champ

Jaipur’s Siddhant Chauhan, who is an Ironman-certified Triathlon coach, recently became the first Indian to complete Celtman, the Extreme Scottish Triathlon


It was only when Siddhant Chauhan touched the weight of 107 kg — having lost all connect with sports after school in order to focus on his studies, and later, on work — decided to take part in a half-marathon. That was 2013. Not only did he manage to lose all that weight (the five-feet-eleven tall man now weighs 75kg), he even turned into a triathlon coach. Recently, Siddhant also became the first Indian to complete Celtman, the Extreme Scottish Triathlon.
