Executive Sous Chef Tejas Pandya of The Fern presents a delectable dessert which is perfect for summer
INGREDIENTS
Greek Yogurt or Hung Curd or Readymade Mishti Doi - 2 cups or 250 grams
(I used Greek Yogurt)
Sweetened
condensed milk - 1 can
Full cream - 1 cup or 200 ml
Toppings of your choice (I chose strawberry)
METHOD:
If your yogurt or readymade mishti doi is not very thick then, hang the yogurt in a muslin cloth for a few hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree C/350degree F.
Mix everything together to make a smooth batter except for the topping.
