kharghar school departs from customary style of teaching to make learning interesting

Departing from customary style of teaching, Kharghar-based Vishwajyot High School is using cycle to impart knowledge on array of subjects. The experiment it feels will help increase the attention span of students and will also make learning interesting. The regular cycle pedaled by school children was envisioned by the core committee of the school as the ultimate tool to teach principles of Physics, History, Geometry, English and even Biology. "These students will never forget that speed =distance /time," said director of the institute Sushma Dhumal. "Children learn the best when learning is made tangible to them, formulas are usually forgotten but experiences remain," she added.
