The residents of Dhobi Ghat, that is under going redevelopment, sent a letter to developer Omkar Realtors last month, seeking clarity on how many storey tower developer is planning to build. They also asked several other questions, pertaining to corpus fund and other such issues. There was apparently a rumour that the developer was only constructing one rehab building for the slum dwellers and every floor would have 54 apartments. The developer has busted the myth and clarified that they will be constructing two buildings, comprising five wings.
