Priyanka Chopra’s film, unlike Udta Punjab, promotes a positive image of the state

Priyanka Chopra and her mother expect their Punjabi film Sarvann to initiate a positive change in the mindset of the Punjabi youth. According to Madhu, “Sarvann is a timely film that can impact the youth in Punjab.”

She recalls how she was upset and deeply affected when she saw Udta Punjab, “It was disturbing. There have also been continued reports about how the youth of Punjab is going astray from their own identity. Priyanka has made a much-needed and impactful film,” Madhu says.
