Art collector Anil Relia puts up an exhibition of ‘The Indian Portrait III - Historical Journey of Graphic Prints up to Independence’

The third in a series ‘The Indian Portrait III - Historical Journey of Graphic Prints up to Independence’ conceptualized and curated by Art collector Anil Relia, from his personal collection of Indian Portraits carries around 150 portraits starting from the year 1580 to 1948 out of which 1580 being the oldest portrait of a Mughal emperor. According to art collector Anil Relia, “A portrait speaks a thousand words and offers a peep into the past. I undertook such a serialization after witnessing a show on Indian portraits at the National Portrait Gallery of London and thought that if a foreigner can display Indian history then why can’t and Indian do the same,
