Chef Chandan Prajapati of The Fern presents a chips starter originated in Coahuila, Mexico and can be served warm
INGREDIENTS
Corn Tortilla Chips- 100 gms
Jalapeno slice -10 pcs
Grated cheese-30 gms
Olives-8 to 10 pcs
Cilantro-For Garnish
Spicy Tomato salsa-30 gms
Barbecue Sauce-30 gms
Method
Arrange corn tortilla chips on a serving platter and topped them with jalapeño slice, olives, cilantro.
Drizzle the barbecue sauce over the nachos and melted processed cheese and topped with spicy tomato salsa.
Accompanied with spicy salsa sauce and barbecue sauce.
