It’s not simply Asian, but cuisines from eight different countries with distinct tastes at Jaipur Marriott’s Flavors of Asia food festival

When we landed at Jaipur Marriott’s restaurant, Okra to sample the cuisine being served under its ‘Flavors of Asia’ food festival, the day’s special was Vietnamese. With all the restaurant staff, including chef Ajay Bishwakarma who has curated the fest, donned in Vietnamese gear, we were sure this was not your usual ‘Asian’ fare — a bit of noodles, or some sushi and the likes. The day’s special gave a whiff of what the fest offers — cuisine from eight countries of the continent, one for each day to give foodies a taste of a majority of Asia’s flavours.
