Theatre enthusiasts pay tribute to Jaswant Thaker

His students celebrated his 100th birth anniversary at an event in the city

It was a great tribute to theatre when Ahmedabad witnessed a grand event to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of theatre artist Jaswant Thaker on Tuesday. Around 15 of his students, who are renowned artists and an integral part of the theatre fraternity, came together to pay tribute to the great man at the event held at the Theatre Media Centre. Some read out lines from his play while the others recalled memories of their association with Thaker.
