Two companies shortlisted for Mumbai-Thane metro line work

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) on Tuesday said that it has shortlisted two companies for civil construction of 32-km-long Wadala-Thane-Kasarvadavali Metro-4 corridor and the work will start by April 2018.
A MMRDA official said, “We have shortlisted two joint ventures (JV) that includes Tata Projects in JV with China Harbour Engineering Company and Reliance Infrastructure in JV with US based Astaldi Construction Company.”
