Chapter in URDU book for class IX says there's no match for the art in Delhi

Mumbai: Our education system has hit a new low. Days after HSC students appearing for their Urdu paper were asked to write a letter to their brother condoling the sudden death of their father, it has come to light that a chapter in the state board's Urdu textbook for Class IX has a paragraph on the 'art of abusing'.
The chapter on Ustad Rasa Dahelvi on page 50 of the Kumar Bharti Urdu textbook glorifies abusing as an 'art'. The text is about a character praising his 'master' for being the best in the 'art of abusing'.
