Unhappy living in joint family, woman hangs self

A complaint was lodged with the Bopal police station on Sunday after a 39-year-old woman committed suicide in her house after she was not allowed live separately from her joint family.
The incident took place on the evening of Saturday, on the second floor of Akruti Residency in Ghuma- Bopal area. The deceased was identified as Anita Jethva,39. As per Bopal police, Anita, wife of Nilesh Jethva, was living in a joint family with her husband, her brother-in-law Vijay Jethva, her mother-in-law and sister-in-law.
For the past two months, the family is going through a dispute, and Anita wanted to live separately. When she couldn't succeed, she hanged herself with a dupatta in her room and ended her life.
