It's a trend in some European cities, one that was tried as an experiment in New Delhi too. In the national capital, however, the extremes in climate and the traffic situation made it a short-lived experiment. Now, three enthusiasts have teamed up to get those interested in visiting tourist sites in the city to hop on to a bicycle.
Every Sunday, you could get a history lesson and learn about the city while taking part in the Victorian Bangalore Safari. Interested cyclists meet at Old Airport Road near the Leela Palace, from where they cycle to MG Road and Cubbon Park, before getting together over a European breakfast.
