Remove encroachments from 9 govt schools, Collector to officials

The district collector has asked the officials concerned to remove encroachments from as many as nine government schools of the district.
The district education officer (DEO) recently urged the collector to free the premises of schools from encroachers. Following his instructions, a list of such government schools has been prepared.
It was learnt that the encroachers illegally took possession of the schools' land, toilet, water tank etc.
Collector Akash Tripathi has asked the sub-divisional magistrate (SDM), Rajnish Kasera to soon start a drive to remove encroachments and also submit a report.
