Kharghar hsg project forms from Jan 16

The sale of forms for allotment of homes in Cidco's Kharghar housing project will start January 16. The forms will be sold by Cidco at Raigad Bhavan, Nariman Point and Nirmal Bhavan offices, besides at branches of Thane Janata Sahakari Bank.
The housing project, Valley Shilp, in sector 36 is currently open for middle income group (MIG) and higher income group (HIG) categories.
Cidco has fixed rates at Rs5,240 per sq ft for MIG homes and Rs6,420 per sq ft for HIG homes. The value of MIG homes spread over an area 960 sq ft works out to Rs50 lakh and that of HIG measuring 1,540 sq ft works out to Rs1 crore approximately. The deposit amount for MIG homes has been fixed at Rs5 lakh, while that for HIG homes has been fixed at Rs10 lakh.
Cidco is constructing homes in Kharghar's sector 36 for lower income, middle income and higher income groups. For the first time, the planning agency will be providing state-of-the-art facilities at its housing project that include an AC club house, tennis court, lawn area measuring 3,500 sq m, six guest rooms, a swimming pool, a multi-purpose hall, yoga and meditation centres, a gymnasium, and a cafeteria. Besides, Cidco will be providing two parking spaces to each flat and will take care of the maintenance for two years.
The planning agency has planned to construct 7,000 flats in the node. BG Shirke group has been given the contract for this housing project. There are 802 homes for MIG category and 422 for HIG.
Those with a monthly income of less than Rs61,000 can apply for homes in middle income group category, while those with income more than this can apply for higher income group.
The draws will be held as per lottery system. Cidco plans to give possession of Valley Shilp project by May.
