She is sure to eat into the saffron alliance's votes

The Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha's president Himani Savarkar has decided to contest the assembly election from the Kothrud assembly constituency.
She is the daughter-in-law of revolutionary freedom fighter Swatantryaveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.
Veer Savarkar was the president of Hindu Mahasabha for some years. It was established in 1925 for the welfare and advancement of the Hindu community.
Himani Savarkar told DNA that she would file her nominations on September 24.
She said she decided to contest the election to spread Veer Savarkar's ideology.
The Kothrud assembly constituency has many fans of the freedom fighter. "The election is a good opportunity to spread the message of the party among people," she said.
"There are many aspirants in the state, who want to enter the fray on a Hindu Mahasabha ticket. Their applications are being scrutinised and a decision will be made in a couple of days," Savarkar said.
"We may field candidates in places like Buldana, Akola, Aurangabad and Beed," she said, and added that the party would also field a candidate from the Kasba Peth assembly constituency.
Himani Savarkar had contested the election in 2004 from the Kasba Peth segment. She had got 1,158 votes while the winner, Girish Bapat of the BJP had got 38,160 votes.
The Kothrud assembly constituency has gone to the Shiv Sena under the seat sharing arrangement between the saffron outfits. Since there are many sympathisers of the right wing Hindu ideology in this constituency, it will be interesting to know how many Shiv Sena votes she will wean away in the election.
