Organisations have been trying to use the advancements for grooming students

Nowadays, children are techno-friendly from a tender age and digital advancements can work as a tool in their growth. With technology taking over lives, organisations have been trying to use the advancements for the benefit and grooming of the students.
To improve the learning process, Kompanions, a Jaipur based company launched a 3D educational Knowledge cube (KUBE) wherein education would be imparted to the students through best of technology and 3D applications. KUBE has been designed to foster ingenious thinking through a theme-based journey of experiential hands on activities and digital engagement such as 3-D visualization.
The basic idea of the KUBE is to make education interesting to the students through virtual gaming and 3D technology. The concept works well for the children of 3 to 10 years of age, though the firm plans to expand its approach to older age group too. The KUBE enables the learners to enhance their knowledge about their surroundings and motivates the children to foster critical, logical, creative and communication skills rather than book based learning.
The students are being prepared to absorb knowledge rather than cramming it. The kit is a combination of activities, cards, games and mobile application. Explaining the concept, Aditi Nathani, creative lead said, "There are many products that KOMPANIONS is yet to unveil. We plan to spread the concept of using digital aids for education not only at the school level but amongst professional as well as other courses too." Adding she said, "The structure of the kit is such that the child can learn while he plays. For instance, if an activity teaches the child about some monuments, he will have to answer some questions to open the next level of game. This is learning through gamification."
