The US government’s move to promote its much-touted Make America Great Again (MAGA) campaign and introduce a proposal that could lead to the deportation of thousands of Indians can only be termed a political gimmick by Donald Trump.
According to an internal memo circulated in the Department of Homeland Security, Uncle Sam could ask workers with H-1B visas to leave the country immediately.
It could seal the fate of up to 7.5 lakh Indians currently working in the US.
