OnePlus 6 to launch in June; features Snapdragon 845

OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has confirmed that the upcoming OnePlus 6 will be launched in June this year and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC.
On the sidelines of Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2018, Lau said that the company would opt for the Snapdragon 845 as “there’s no other choice”. Additionally, the company is also in talks with United States telecom carriers for sales of its headsets. He says, “If the right opportunity and right timing come along, we’ll be very happy to experiment.”
According to reports, OnePlus has plans to integrate advanced face recognition technology on the OnePlus 6. Also, the hardware setup will be similar to that of the iPhone X and that the OP6 will make use of an infrared 3D cam
