Executive Chef Avinash of Savannah - Club Babylon curates a cheesy dish loaded with flavours
INGREDIENTS:
Zucchini - 50 gm
Tomato - 01
Potato - 02
Brinjal - 01
Mozzarella cheese slice - 01 thick
Boiled rice - 100 gm
Red yellow pepper - 50 gm
Oregano - ½ tsp
Chilli flakes - ½ tsp
Olive oil - 10 ml
Salt and pepper - as required
Balsamic vinegar - 30 ml
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Oil - to fry
METHOD:
Cut the zucchini, tomato, potato and brinjal into thin slices, marinate with olive oil, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and then put aside for 10 minutes.
