Meghwadi bizman held in stalking case

A businessman has been arrested by Meghwadi police for stalking after he allegedly sent his domestic help obscene photographs on WhatsApp.
The accused had asked the victim to marry him, but she refused his proposal after which he started harassing her. The arrested businessman has been identified as Thomas John Kurian, 47.
According to the police sources, the complainant, a 26-year-old woman, was working at the accused house as a maid and had exchanged mobile numbers. Since August 2016, the victim had also been working at Kurian’s office as an office assistant.
“Kurian started calling and texting the victim and asked her to marry him. The victim, who was already married, left both her jobs,” said an officer from Meghwadi P
