Dholpur by-polls: It's battle of the better halves

Jaipur: The Dholpur by-election has now turned into an interesting triangular contest with Mamta, wife of once considered a dreaded dacoit of Chambal, Jagan Gurjar, filing her nomination as an Independent on Monday. BJP has given ticket to Shobharani, wife of murder accused and ex-BSP MLA BL Kushwaha, while veteran Banwari Lal Sharma got a Congress ticket. Both women are banking on their caste voters. This apart they carry burden of their spouses' images too.
