off the cuff with Umesh Jivnani

Anushka Rajan, daughter of Abhijit Rajan, one of India’s biggest civil engineering companies Gammon India, has always loved the world of media, fashion and entertainment. From brand and innovation manager at a leading media-marketing firm, where she worked closely on a number of marketing and promotional activities for Bollywood movies to her position as stylist with L’Officiel magazine, this pretty girl has honed her skills to chase her overarching dream and glitzy-eyed passion for the world of glamour.
Actively advocating a culmination of her business aptitude and flare for style and fashion, Rajan is now a certified image consultant. On the brink of starting her own venture in image management, she sounded excited to showcase the mélange of both her passions “Through this endeavor, I want to provide soft skill training associated with styling, grooming, etiquette, body language, and communication to exemplify personality development and self-growth.” This week, along with Gallerie Angel Arts- Reshma Jani (actor Kunal Kapoor’s sister) and Sweetambari Soni, Rajan is co-hosting ‘In an Artist’s mind V’ an art show targeted for the next generation of art collectors. With her good friends like Anshul Ambani, Armaan Jain, Ambika Hinduja, Kresha Bajaj, Radha Kapoor and many fresh faces from Bollywood extending their support and presence, this ‘arty’ party promises to be top-notch.
