City scan: The ‘DNA Presents Real Estate & Infrastructure Round Table & Awards’ recognised highest levels of achievement by companies and individuals

The  ‘DNA Presents Real Estate & Infrastructure Round Table & Awards’ function was held on November 25, 2016 at Taj Lands End, Bandra to recognise, encourage and promote excellence in the real estate profession.
 The objective was also to highlight important elements of real estate such as commitment to service, client satisfaction, innovation, professional development, community involvement and contribution to the profession. The awards were hosted by the World Marketing Congress endorsed by CMO Council and CMO Asia. The speakers at the program were Sanjay Bhandari, Joint Managing Director, Sun Capital Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd.; Ramesh Bulchandani, Chairman, Kmb Group; Shabbir Kanchwala, Senior Vice President, K. Raheja Corp; J. K. Bhosale, Chief Operating Officer, Amanora - City Corporation Ltd.
Individuals honoured
During the presentation ceremony, the Life Time Achievement Award In Real Estate Industry was given to Navin M Raheja, Chairman & Managing Director, Raheja Developers Ltd. and Vijay Wadhwa, Chairman, The Wadhwa Group.

Integral aspects
In the Category Awards, the Residential Architecture Award of the Year went to Revanta, Raheja Developers Limited while CSR Initiative of the Year awards went to Teaching Tree, K Raheja Corp; Educate a Child Initiative, Rustomjee - Keystone Realtors Pvt. Ltd. and Shri Suryodaya Pardi Adivasi Shala, City Corporation Limited.
Amura Marketing Technologies was named Most Admired Real Estate Digital Marketing Agency; Jones Lang LaSalle Residential Pvt. Ltd. declared Property Consultant of the Year – Residential and www.jllr.co.in, Most Admired Real Estate Website of the Year.

Winning projects
Developer of the Year – Luxury category went to Sangini Group, Residential category to Veracious Builders and Developers Private Ltd. and Plots & Shelters category to Nirvana Realty.
Green Commercial, K Raheja Corp was named Environment Friendly Project of the Year – Commercial category and PS Srijan Ozone, Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd in the residential category.
BLU Estate & Club, Indiabulls Real Estate was declared Luxury Project of the Year. Namrata Group was named Emerging Developer of the Year – Residential while Sangini Gardenia, Sangini Group and Greenfield City, Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd. bagged the Affordable Housing of the Year award.
Rustomjee Urbania, Rustomjee - Keystone Realtors Pvt. Ltd.; Amanora Park Town, City Corporation Ltd. and Uplands, Arvind Infrastructure Ltd. were named Integrated Township of the Year while the Residential Property of the Year award went to Sky, Indiabulls Real Estate.
PS Srijan Corporate Park, Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd. was named Commercial Property of the Year; Runwal Elegante, Runwal Group and La Palazzo, KMB Group the Most Admired Upcoming Project of the Year while The Palm Drive, Emaar MGF Land Limited and Golf City, Indiabulls Real Estate were named Residential Project of the Year.
The Award For Professional Excellence In Real Estate went to Srijan Industrial Logistic Park, Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd. and the Certificate Of Merit, Real Estate Company of the Year went to Veracious Builders and Developers Private Ltd. and Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd.
